Community Inclusion

Heather Bishop attended the Harcatus Head Start Staff Recognition Day in Dover on June 2. She enjoyed the various team building activities with her coworkers. One of Heather’s favorite events was the 60-minute scavenger hunt. Teams were formed and instructed to find specific items in the community and then take pictures of the team with the item.

I accompanied Heather to this event, it was impressive to see the relationships she has with her Malvern co-workers, and to watch her form new relationships with staff from other centers in Ohio. It was a good day for Heather, I was honored to be included.
