Introduction On March 16, 2020, the preschool and school programs of the Carroll County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD), transitioned from in-class services to virtual, distance learning due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and orders of the Ohio Health Director and Governor. Students nor staff attended Carroll Hills School for the remainder of the school year.
