The goal of CHI is to provide choices and support to adults with Developmental Disabilities, so they may face and overcome their challenges in an effort to live a meaningful and more self-determined life as a member in this community.

Family Disability Services (The Farm)

A private adult day service workshop that focuses on individual growth and skill development. Set on ten acres of serene lake property where they cook together, clean together, work together, recreate together, and help each other to become useful partners in our communities.

Because, together, we are FAMILY.

Mayle Home Inc

Mayle Home provides adult day services and HPC to individuals with developmental disabilities in Carroll County. Their day site is located at the old Malvern school.
They provide day services to individuals with disabilities who live in Carroll County.

Looking for youth or school aged services?

Carroll Hills School

Carroll Hills School provides classroom instruction for students ages 5-21 who have multiple disabilities including speech or motor delays and behavioral difficulties.

We also offer Preschool services for children who do not have disabilities or difficulties.

Vacancy –
One full time Intervention Specialist at Carroll Hills School.
The position requires the individual to possess at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with special education concentration from accredited college or university in Special Education.
Certification as Intervention Specialist/Moderate/Intensive needs through Ohio Department of Education.
Must be certified to teach K-12 grades or equivalent.
