Starlight is a 501(c)(3) non-profit provider agency serving persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide opportunities to persons to live, work, socialize, volunteer learn, and participate in their community. Our services provide growth and development to persons with disabilities to promote well-being and achieve desired outcomes.

Helping persons with disabilities achieve their dreams and aspirations in partnership with each of their communities. They provide day services to individuals with disabilities who live in Carroll County.
